Rescuing Animals in Difficult Situations
PART does its best to respond to rescue requests (and we get tons!), however, there are certain situations that require the proper equipment and experience.
If you see an animal stuck up a tree, on a roof or any other high places; trapped in a sewer, in a ravine, or other difficult situations, please contact the Special Rescue Unit of the Bureau of Fire Protection, NCR, at 2634339, and ask these good people for assistance with rescuing an animal.
Government agencies are paid by your taxes. Make them work for you.

If they do not help you, get their names, their superiors name and telephone number and email it to us.
I WANT TO ADOPT, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
